SCAD COLLEGE OF EDUCATION

The college was structured in 2006 by Dr. S.Cletus Babu, (Chairman) and Dr.J.X. Amali Cletus Babu (Vice Chairperson). Being a dedicated educationist and socialist, they have started the institution in a healthy campus environment with modern amenities, latest infrastructure facilities and well qualified faculty members, in order to provide Quality Teacher Education.Our College is Recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bangalore(2006) and Affiliated with TamilNadu Teachers Education University, Chennai (2008). The college offers two year B.Ed Degree Course with an intake of 100 students.It is a co-educational residential, self financing institution, its motto is “To ignite the minds through quality education”.
